MOJIXO NDA

Effective Date:

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mojixo and the undersigned (“Recipient”). It covers all current and future Mojixo intellectual property, branding, code, designs, games, dashboards, automations, APIs, and domains including mojixo.io, ai.mojixo.io, portal.mojixo.io and any related projects.

1. Confidential Information

All non-public data, source code, assets, business strategies, or proprietary content shared by Mojixo are considered confidential.

2. Obligations

• Use confidential data only for evaluation or authorized work with Mojixo.
• Do not disclose without written consent.
• Apply reasonable security to protect Mojixo information.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Mojixo. No license or transfer of ownership is implied.

4. Electronic Signature

Typing your name below acts as a legally binding electronic signature equal to a handwritten signature under Canadian law (PIPEDA).

5. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
